Педиатрическая регионарная анестезия:рациональные подходы и практические аспекты

Заключение. Для успешного выполнения регионарной анестезии у педиатрического пациента каждый анестезиолог должен обладать подробным знанием анатомии, физиологии (особенно нейрофизиологии), фармакологии местных анестетиков, иметь необходимое оборудование для выполнения отдельных видов блокад. Однако, регионарная блокада должна выполняться только при наличии аргументированных показаний у каждого отдельного больного, а не только потому что данный врач мастерски владеет этой методикой.
